How do I rename a Shared Filter?

I can not find anywhere to rename a Shared Filter I created?!

I have gone to Administration (Gear Icon)->System->Shared Filters

But the only options are 'Change Owner' or 'Delete' the Shared Filter.  Please help there is not proper documentation on this. 

Please provide a line of action (i.e ->  ->  ->)

Do modify your filter:

1. Choose Filters in the navigation bar
2. Find the filter you want to modify and click on it
3. The filter will open and on the right just after the filter name there is option Details
4. Click on it and choose Edit permissions
5. Filter edit modal will open and there you can change the filter's name.

Make yourself as the owner of the filter. Rename the filter and then change the owner again.
