How do I reset Jira Ondeman back to default settings as if I never logged in?

While I was playing with the setup and learning the system I removed a few project schema and I am unable to get them back. Is there a way to reset everything from scratch?

Hi Darren,

This isn't something you can do for yourself but my colleagues in the OnDemand support team can do it for you, so what I would suggest is that you open a ticket in our Support JIRA, (in the OnDemand project), and request that one of our engineers resets your instance for you.
