How do I see a rolled up table of Σ Time Spent vs. Σ Original Estimate on tasks?

I need to see the time spent vs original estimate on my initiatives (hierarchy level above epics via advanced roadmaps). How and where can I achieve this?

Side-question: Is there any way to create a calculated field that performs a math operation on time spent * original estimate? The use case is wanting to calculate rough cost in labor.
