How do I see issues where a custom field has changed in the last 24 hours?

I'd like to be able to see issues where story point estimates have changed in the last (say) 24 hours.

I'd be staggered if this wasn't a very common requirement.

Story points are a custom field.

Jira doesn't seem to be able to query this way on custom fields.

Hoping someone can help me!

Hi @Jim Strange ,

Like you say, there is no way to query when a specific field was changed.

JIRA only keeps track of the updated date but that could be anything. A quick workaround could be (if you have a specific field) to create an automation (using what you have as apps) to write a date to another custom field when the first custom field was changed.

Then you can query on that new date field.

Hi @Jim Strange

"Story points estimate" field sounds like a Jira Next-gen Project.

If that is the case, eazyBI would automatically create a predefined measure "Story points estimate change" which you could use in your report with "Time" dimension members.

In addition, you could create a calculated member "Today" or "Yesterda" in time dimension to calculate the changes for the day.

Hello,

Jira JQL doesn´t allow it, but if you have eazyBI you can do it.
