How do I select an existing JIRA Project as a template (JIRA Cloud). I used to be able to do this, but recently disappeared in the Project creation dialogue boxes

Hi Malcolm,

The option that we have in Jira Cloud is the "Shared Configuration" that will copy the schemes of a project, but the request types, for example, won't be copied.

When you click to create a project, just click on "Change" and choose the desired template. The "Shared configuration" is the last one.
