How do I set the new Jira experience as the default view for my users?

Ideally I would like the new experience to be the only option for my users. Currently new users are in the old Jira and must manually switch.

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Hi Greg,

Each user can turn on or off the new JIRA Experience. However, this options will be removed with the time, making the new layout the default one for all the users.
