How do I share a dashboard with internal stakeholders?

I do not see the public option to share a dashboard.  How do I share a dashboard with internal stakeholders that do not have a Jira account?  Can I just use a wallboard link?

Hi @Angelique Kim ,

In general, you can share a dashboard with someone without a Jira account.

One way might be the allow anonymous access. You will have to share the dashboard, all filters used on the dashboard and all projects queried in the filters to anonymous access.

This is usually a security issue, as anonymous means anyone who can access that Jira can access the dashboard and view it.

If that does not work, exporting data might be the way to go.

How do you export the data?

The most easy way, though not the best is just to take a screenshot and share that.

More flexible is to select the relevant issues in issue navigator (you probably have filter that you use in the dashboard gadgets) and then export them to csv.

You can open that file in Excel or similar applications and create the report there based on the exported data.
