How do I share a report I made?

I made a few reports and when I send them to others, they see they do not have permission. I checked out an article that said you can change settings on your Portfolio for sharing, but I cannot find this menu anywhere. I am using the new navigation bar in Jira -- could that be why I don't see this option in the UI?

If you are talking about sharing Jira Portfolio plan, please follow these steps

Plan > Click three dots next to plan name > Configure > Permissions

Add the user/group under Viewers

I just want to share reports I built and can't figure out how to do so.

can you provide more detail on this, what do you mean by reports you built. Is it from the Project > Reports section? If so, then they need access to the project
