How do I shutdown a cloud server

Hi There,

I am trying to work out how to shutdown one of the cloud servers that was setup. The person who normally deals with our jira install is not around at the moment and I am unable to find anything on the documentation on how to shut one down.

Could anyone advise please.

Hi Mark,

I'm assuming you want to cancel your Cloud subscription? You can read the procedure on this page.

You'll need the proper permissions to do that.
