How do I socialize a feature request about JIRA Agile story points and get more votes?

I have a feature request about custom values for Story Points here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-10019 but would like to get more feedback from the JIRA user and potentially some more up votes. Since Atlassian considers these requests based on the number of votes, what is the best way to put it out there and socialize it?

OK everyone, there is a feature request here (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-10019 ) to allow a project owner to configure a fixed set of numbers that are allowed when selecting Story Points. Please view and vote on it !
