The standard plan was sponsored by a company I work for and now we are trying to transition to the free version but it's not as seamless as one would think.

As you are currently a paying customer, with access to support, I recommend you submit a support ticket to get an official answer rather than one from the community:

After you switch to the free version, the community forum is the only channel for support.
