How do I view workload pie chart

If I go to projects => reports and select workload pie chart, the follow message is displayed:

 

Indexing is currently not configured so no issue searching can be performed.

Please contact your administrator to get indexing configured.

 

I am the administrator on my JIRA instance. I tried running re-index project from admin screen. How can I configure indexing?
