I have seen the requirments of how to be be a partner of atlassian. but, if i want to be a silver partner- which exams should i do?
where can i find them and how can i prepare for them?

What I gather from your question is that you might mix up two close notions. You see, you cannot become a "partner of Atlassian" as a person, only organisations can. If you want to learn how to enroll one's organisation in the partner program please visit this page:
However, to maintain the partner status (e.g. "Silver", "Gold", "Platinum") an organisation, among other things, should have a certain number of certified specialists onboard. One of which you may definitely become as a person after you pass exams.
