How do i map my existing JIRA attachment to google drive or any cloud network ..?

The Jira Config App will allow you to define a new home directory.

I can't help you with the google drive path you will need ;-(

Make sure you do not put the whole home directory on a shared location - the index and caching will fail if you do that, they must be on a local non-shared disk.
