How do i set the default assignee to project lead on project creation?

If I create a project the default assignee is "Unassigned". I want it to be "Project Lead". How can I achieve this without having to change it on each project creation manually?

Cog > Projects > Roles > Find Default Assignee and click on the edit icon > choose Project Lead

Thanks for the quick answer, but this is not what I am looking for. I want that setting as default after creation. Right now I have to create the project and have this additional configuration step afterwards.

It sounds like you allow unassigned issues. I don't and the default is autoassign and that defaults to the project lead.
