I am using the Two Dimensional Statistics Gadget on a Dashboard and for some reason even though the data is filled in on the Account Manager (People) field, the gadget does not recognize the data as present.
It is showing the field as not filled in (None)
I have a filter set up with all the right fields i want, the number of items appearing is correct along with the X axis being correct.
The Y axis which shows the account manager only shows 1 row as None.
What field type are you using? Text will not work, you need to use user picker field.
I am using a People field which brings in users under my organisation. It works on other fields like "Reporter" which is a Jira system field.

I actually responded to another similar post this week regarding the pie chart not working with People field in TMP. Indeed I tested this on TMP and it does not work - you get 100% only. I suspect that this is a known limitation but suggest raising to Atlassian support.

is is a team-managed project or a company-managed project (the project will tell when you open it and for example looking on the issue navigator, on the bottom left).
I remember a report here in Community that with team-managed projects the "People" field is not working for this very type of gadget.

I think it's a team managed project. I have worked around this using an system field which uses people and it's working fine. Just custom people fields are the problem.
