What are you trying to achieve, and what are the obstacles you have so far with those 3 accounts?
It depends on what exactly work you need to do within these 3 jira instances. If you have to see all tasks, issues, due date, and general monitoring, then perhaps you should consider to buy an app like backbone issue sync or exalate, to sync these three instances and watch from any of these istances.

Hi @Trena Norcia
If your clients have separate Jira instances and you need to coordinate work between them and your organization to for example create a mirrored task in Jira A when a bug is raised in Jira B, there are few paid synchronization tools already mentioned above.
As a member of the team behind Issue Sync Lite I can recommend this brand-new and free solution. It lets you create safe synchronization of multiple instances in just 3 minutes. Thanks to the unique synchronization scope feature, you can select projects and issue types that will be available for configuration - the rest of your data won't be accessible for not authorized partners.
In case of any questions, our team will be happy to answer them and show the app during a free demo session.
Best regards,
Kasia

Hey @Trena Norcia , thanks for the question.
This is Umer, PMM for Backbone Issue Sync for Jira. From what I assume, you want to sync issues across 3 Jira instances.
One way to do it is using automation that works great for things like workflow triggers and comments syncing, but it can eventually get cumbersome to keep manually creating and maintaining Jira automations.
If you need to automatically sync more Jira data in the future, you might want to look for a specialized Jira Issue Sync app, like Backbone Issue Sync for Jira.
Using Backbone, you can sync Jira issues and their corresponding data between two Jira projects. This includes Jira fields (including custom fields), comments, workflows, and attachments – even behind strict firewalls – without leaving your own Jira project.
Best of all, you can do this on Jira Software, Service Management, or Work Management projects on Jira Cloud, Server, or Data Center.

@Trena Norcia hello. As Raimon mentioned, the answer to your question depends on what you want to achieve managing those accounts. Is there a particular use case you want to be resolved, etc.? Perhaps you'd like to transfer data between them?
If that's the case, there are plenty of tools that can help you achieve this (including 3rd party ones). If you decide to opt for the latter, check out ZigiOps. It's a 100 % no-code integration solution. It can connect multiple systems bi-directionally, sync them and transfer the data you need. You can tailor it to fit various use cases. ZigiOps does not store data. It's easy to use and has no transfer limitations. Check the tool out and if it fits your needs, feel free to book a demo (it's free and non-binding) to see how it actually works.
