Hi Felipe,

Try the Behaviors Plugin for JIRA (now part of Script Runner)

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner

Add a behavior to a particular custom field using the code below (haven't tested)

FormField field = getFieldById("customField_xxxxx")

field.setValue("")
