How do the integration between jira data center and service desk

Hello everyone,

We liked to be able to integrate the Jira and Service Desk (Data Center). 

The idea would be that when a ticket was opened in the Service Desk, this issue would automatically be "cloned" and opened in a Jira project. Similarly, we wanted workflows to also communicate between these two instances. 

Can anyone help?

This can be done with 3party software. For example ScriptRunner.

Thanks for your answers.

But in fact, our problem is getting Jira (Data Center) and Service Desk to be connected so that you can create the automatisms with one of the add-ons that mentioned. 
Do you know if they can help?
