Please, I have a question regarding configuration/parameterization within my sprint of a Scrum model software project.
How can I configure a work capacity value for a squad, based on the relationship of working hours / user story point.
I did not find a functionality or parameterization within the board configurations that allows defining this capacity limit for the team.
Has anyone here in the community experienced a similar situation?
In Jira Standard there is no such configuration you can do.
If you move to Jira Premium you can define Teams and set their capacity which can be used in Plans, see more here
In Jira standard and a scrum board over time you will learn your teams capacity, you can use the Velocity chart for example to see historical data that could be an indication of capacity in the future.
best regards,
Lisa

Hello @André Luiz Schikovski
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Jira does not provide a method to set the capacity for work for a sprint in a Scrum board.
In the Premium and Enterprise subscriptions there are some capacity management features available through the Advanced Roadmaps Plans feature set.
There are some third party apps that could help you achieve your goal:

Hello @Trudy Claspill !
Thank you for your support. The tip to test applications for capacity control seems like a great alternative. I will conduct some tests throughout the week!
Best Regards!

As suggested by everyone, a mktplace app can help to plan the capacity of your teams. If you are open to try one, take a look at :
