How do we connect Jira to our Exchange 2016 to send and receive emails

After changing the server to Exchange 365, the JIRA system stop sending out email about the case logged, what should I configure to get back the notification? Thank you.

Hello,

You should configure the outgoing email (cog item -> System -> Outgoing mail). If it does not work, then you should turn on logs for outgoing emails and have a look in the logs (cog item -> system -> logging and profiling).
