How do we generate Phone calls/Text messages incase from JIRA incase a critical ticket has been issued?

Jira Service Management (Cloud), now comes with OPSGenie, which is the Atlassian alerting software.
OPSGenie and JSM are connected.
In OpsGenie, you set up your staff, on-call rosters, their phone details, and the 'team' they are in.
OPSGenie, is looking fro Critical Incidents (or whatever you set up), and then based on the rules, what 'team' is allocated, and who is on-call for that team.
THey then receive a phone call, from OPSGenie, and if they fail to respond, it can be escalated (again this is set up in OPSGenie)
