How do we increase the timeout value for logged in users?

I found documents on how to do it for downloaded JIRA but can't seem to find anything for on demand JIRA. A lot of my users are complaining that they start entering issues and go back and forth from their day to day activities to issue entering and when they hit submit the login is expired. I'd like to increase the expiry to 500 minutes if possible.

Please if you still facing this problem, raise a support ticket on https://support.atlassian.com . This issue is fixed now, since was a known bug.
