How do we setup Jira with workflows and projects?

My company is looking for a tool to help in issue and project tracking software.

We have around 175 employees that will be using Jira software standard and Confluence software standard. Both will be used on the cloud.

Is there a consultant from Atlassian that will help us determine what our workflows should be? How to set them up in Jira? How to configure projects?
