How do you create a group in the comment section to tag everyone at once. In every created ticket there is a comment section and you have an option of creating a group where you can tag everyone.
example: cc: Team Cloud (@john smith, @joeblack ).
Please help with this. Thank you
Hi There,
It's been a while since this post was made but we've recently launched Mention Groups for Jira on the Atlassian Marketplace to give users to the ability to tag groups in comments. For anyone reading this and may find it useful, feel free to give it a try and let us know what you think.
Any and all feedback is welcome and much appreciated.
All the best,
Gabe
