How do you create a sub-task within a sub-task

I have the issue type and then the sub-tasks. I am trying to create more tasks within the sub-tasks please

By default jira comes with 3 level hierarchy. Sub-task is last level, you can't create sub-task under it.

You create new levels in hierarchy and try . Please refer below link for more details.
