How do you delete the Source data and accounts in Easy BI

How do you delete the Source data and accounts in Easy BI? I have clicked the delete button and get the following pop up "Are you sure to delete source application "JIRA"?" Is this correct?
I do not want to lose all my data in JIRA by clicking the wrong thing!
