How can I enable the satisfaction survey for all projects in Jira other then service management ?
I dont satisfaction setting under projection setting.
if I understood you correctly you would like to induct satisfaction surveys for projects that are NOT Service Desk/Service Management projects?
Customer Satisfaction surveys are (by means of built-in code) only available to Service Desk/Service Management projects:

Hi,
I cannot see any workflow for satisfaction. Is there a possibility to have an email triggered to an individual or group if the satisfaction is very poor or poor?

Maybe you want to use that combined with a filter subscription so you stay informed about very poor or poor satisfaction values?
