I am trying to install the IT Service Desk Workflow (itil) in my JIRA enterprise 5.2. How do I install IT Service Desk Workflow (itil) plugin now that JIRA Workflow Sharing Plugin is no longer available ?

Is there a link for the xml file? The installation guide doesn't appear to have a working link on it.

You can download the XML by going to the vendor itself in marketplace:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.workflow.bundles.itil

It is inside the zip file where the .xml is, the problem is that when you imported it the screens and statuses will not be included in it. There is not much different on the screens though.

The ITIL plugin is just a workflow file, you can directlry download the zip file, pickup the file "workflow.xml" then import the XML file to your JIRA instance.
