How do you move favorite Adv Rdmap Plan "up" the list of plans?

In the cloud navigation, how can you move an individual starred Plan in the Advanced Roadmap group up to the top of the list?   I can move the whole group of plans around, but cannot seem to individually move a plan up or down the list.  Also, is there a way to limit the group seen to say 3 or 4 with a scroll bar - as this really pushes the whole left navigation down.    Same issue with the individual  starred Projects - is there a way to hold a specific set of real estate for the Projects and not just push everything down?   Drag/drop does not work.

Hi Valerie!

Unfortunately, you can't manually reorder individual starred plans within the Advanced Roadmaps group - they're automatically sorted alphabetically by default.

Current limitations:

• No drag/drop for individual plans
• No way to limit the group to 3-4 items with scrollbar
• Same applies to starred Projects

Workarounds:

1. Rename plans with prefixes like "01-MainPlan", "02-SecondPlan" to control order
2. Unstar less important plans to keep the list manageable
3. Use favorites sparingly - only star your most critical plans/projects

This is a known UX limitation. Many users have requested better navigation customization in the Atlassian Community.

By Rename, you mean I have to copy it to a new plan with a new name?   I don't know about any 'rename' function.

Also, these groups are NOT shown in alphabetical order. So, renaming (#1) is not going to help.   Both PLANS and PROJECTS are not displayed in alphabetical order.  Is there some option that needs to be set?

And, I tried un-starring an item (#2), and that did not remove it from the list either.  However, I have subsequently found that in PROJECTS (only), my option (...) was to show both starred and unstarred,  so that explains why it didn't disappear.   Once I checked "starred only" option and restarted the browser, it went away.   There does not appear to be a similar option for PLANS.   ?
