How do you search for JIRA issues with multiple FixVersions?

I am trying to find JIRA issues with multiple FixVersion values. I won't know the values of the FixVersions in advanced to be able to write something like "FixVersion in (#, ##, ###)." I don't believe mathematical expressions like COUNT are supported (to find where count >1 for example). Has anyone encountered this and if so what did you do to search for issues with multiple fix versions while excluding those with only one fixVersion? Thanks!
