How does one import a CSV file to batch create issues in the "New" Jira

This is a functionality I use all the time in traditional Jira

Create a spreadsheet of user stories and then import that by clicking on "Issue" and "Import issues from CSV" on the top menu bar. I can't seem to find similar functionality in the new Jira layout.
