How edit issue details in the customer portal after creating an issue?

Hello. 
How to make the customer should be able to edit the details of a issue afterwards in the customer portal? If he wants to add more infos later to the issue.
I know that it is impossible to do this using standard jira tools.
Please advise how you can implement it?
Maybe there are some plugins that can enable the customer to edit existing tasks?

Hey @serwu ,

By default, it's not possible. You can add a possibility to edit requests using our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. It's available for server, data center, and cloud.

Hello. Please explain how to add the function to edit requests?

About documentation:

About feature:

You have to go under service project settings and select Edit Request. The configuration is exactly the same as in the cloud version: documentation

I went to Projects> Service Project that i want to customize.
I don't see the Edit Request item under Project Settings.

It looks like you don't have the latest version in which we added this feature. Please update the app to 3.5.0.

I have a version Jira v7.11.2
I understand correctly that the ability to Edit Request  is not provided for Jira (v7.11.2)?

Officially the latest version is not compatible with Jira 7.x. But you can go to the listing, download 3.5.0 https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218221/feature-bundle-for-jira-service-management/version-history and upload the package in UPM in your Jira. I can't guarantee that it works but you can check it.

Unfortunately version 3.5.0 refused to work on  Jira v7.11.2 ((

I cannot register on your portal to leave a request.
Because, my mail does not receive a letter from you with a private sign up link.
Write your email address where I can send a request for authorization.
