How i can migrate the User's assign projects and there profiles

Hi,

Initially we used the "JIRA Internal Directory" to Managed the User logins. now we need to Enable the Microsoft Active directory to manage the users. I managed to do the AD connection and now i can log in to the Jira from AD users. But i have few issues while doing that.

Ex: AD  = User name : virajd /  Email : d.viraj@virtusa.com

      JIRA Internal Directory = User name: d.viraj@virtusa.com / Email : d.viraj@virtusa.com

1) Can i move all the assign projects and entire user profile of " JIRA Internal Directory = User name: d.viraj@virtusa.com " to "AD  = User name : virajd"
