Im wanting to know if anyone has figured out how to see how long something has a flagged status for.
When creating a JQL you can only pull info on tickets currently flagged but i want to do a historic search to find a metric that shows how long over a time period we have work in a flagged state.
Im trying to identify inactive time (inactive time= waste)
Not in JQL - there are some history searches but only for a very small group of fields - and Flagged isn't one of them.
You could pull the issue history for issues via REST API and get the information from there if required - see more details on the REST API by clicking here.
Aside from this, there might be an app which could give you this data - such as this one I located on Marketplace.
These are real-time options, aside from just exporting a copy of the data once a day and doing a comparison on the Flagged field.
