Hello @Devendar Gangapuram ,
Thanks for reaching out to the community but this question is a tough one to answer, as the actual data migration portion could be done relatively fast. From the amount of data you mentioned, the export would probably take a few minutes and approximately the same for the import to the new site.
However, Atlassian products migration from server to cloud or from server to data center will generally take anywhere between 3 months to 12 months as the majority of the migration process is wrapped up in other activities in the migration planning preparation and verification steps like Upgrading versions of the base server versions and applications, obtaining and updating licensing details, data cleanup for incompatible features from 3rd party apps, testing on staging instances, verifying data integrity before going live, etc...
The timelines will entirely depend on the size(users& data), integrations(external), 3rd party apps (cloud or Data Center) availability, feature parity, available migration paths, etc.) & user migration strategy.
The following Guides will give some insight into preparing and migrating from Server to Data Center:

Alternatively, you can always engage an Atlassian solution partner for more hands-on support and guidance in the planning and execution process. A solution partner caters to your organization’s specific migration needs while helping customize the migration path, from planning guidance to running the full migration end-to-end. With a partner's assistance, the timelines can be dramatically narrowed down if that is a major concern.

Earl
