How regenerate a license Key for the new server ID ?

Hello, 

I want to regenerate a license key because the Server ID has changed. I don't find information on the support site. 

I see in the community that 

* New key is not necessary ==> I have to use the key generated at the first time

* But of course, the "first server" shall be "destroyed", it's not possible to have Two servers with the same Key  running at the same time. 

Am I right ?

Welcome to the community. 

You are right, you don't need to generate a new license for the server. But you must not use the license on two systems.

If you want to run two productive systems, you need two licenses. If one system is a test system or something like that  you can create a developer license and use that.
