Hello Atlassian,
We use the attached files. By default they are sorted by name. You can change the sort (ascending, date etc..). if you change the criterias of sort, your configuration is kept during the session and only during the session. It is more convenient to have a sort by date by default whithout to have to configure the sort whenever.
What could i do ?
Thanks by advance
Jérôme MARTIN
Thank you Matt for your answer.
My opinion is Atlassian have to change that and i voted for that on an issue.

thanks again bye :-)
You didn't say you were talking about Jira ;-) I assumed you were talking about Confluence, maybe I should have asked. Easy to do in Confluence!

You could write your own user macro which in turns calls the {attachments} macro & sets the order to be by name.

You can't change the default behaviour of the in-built attachments macro but you could write your own plugin which could over-ride it (assuming you manually disbale the Atlassian attachments module)
