How to Add a Custom Field in JIRA workflow. Ex: In Done Status Screen I need to add a Custom field

In JIRA Workflow, need to create a Workflow including a Status of Done and apart from the Description field I need to add custom fields once the Done Status is selected. How to achieve the same?

Just to understand correct, you want to have new fields appear once Done is selected or already have them available?
