How I can Assign issues in Jira to group email id instead of individual?

The problem with assigning it to a 'fake' ID is it won't show up in anyone's 'assigned to me' report and issues will not be worked.

Hi @Santosh Verma ,

Group email id is also nothing but normal Jira Software user in jira. find out the user name for group email id from User Management. so that you can assign issues to group email id with the help of username.
