We made a mistake with the jira licensing model when we buy it.
We buyed server licenses and we need cloud licenses
It is possible change the licensing model after it was buyed?

You will need to buy a new Cloud service whatever you do. Atlassian will refund the server licences, if it's within the first 30 days after you got them.
