How to I get free developer features from new jira site I just created?

I just created today a new domain Jira for developers with this link : https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?product=confluence.ondemand,jira-software.ondemand,jira-servicedesk.ondemand,jira-core.ondemand&developer=true

Basically I saw afterwards that I get free trial for standard subscription but I was more interested in the free option with 5 users and all advanced permissions that the previous link said.

When I created the new site and went to manage my subscriptions I did not see any option for it (5 users and all advanced permissions) besides the "Free" , "Standard and "Premium" options which are not interesting because the free option there with 10 users lacks some permissions I need . So I was wondering what's up with that? Thank you in advance!
