How to Initiate cloud Jira setup for a project

Can someone guide me how to initiate my Jira instance for a project setup? Please share tutorial guide link which explain step by step setup including screen, scheme, workflow etc.

I mean, from where I should start to setup my Jira instance, so much confusion.
