How to add Organizations field in Business Projects?

I'd like to add Organizations field in Business Projects, but the information is always "search fails". This field is used by Jira Service Desk well.

Unfortunately, the Customers and Organizations are Jira Service Desk specific. They cannot be added to non-SD projects. Jira is kind of misleading since you can update the Organizations field context and add the field to a screen but, they will not show up.
