To add a quick filter with a custom field of type 'Tester' in a Jira board, follow these steps:
Your new quick filter should now appear in the list of available quick filters. You can apply it by clicking on its name or selecting it from the 'Quick Filters' dropdown menu.

Thanks for the reply! My actual question is like in the board all the people who is assignee is displayed on the quick filters. I want them for tester. All the people who is tester of the issues in the board should be displayed. On clicking a person icon, it should filter all the issues with tester as that person.

This option is not posible. The assignable Users Filter is a Default option from Jira... You can´y other like this.. or modify the users who appear.
Instead of this, you can create buttons to differents "User testers", but this option... wouldnt be pretty.
