I want to customize it somehow when I hover over the JIRA ticket in Confluence I also see information about Sprint. How to do that?
Hey @Marijana Rukavina as far as I know the only way to do this would be to create a custom macro (information on custom macros):
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/writing-user-macros-4485.html)
Unfortunately I couldn't find any examples of users that have done exactly what you are attempting using a custom macro so I can't provide a step by step process, it would require quite a bit of work on your side.
Have you tried using Smart Links or using the Jira Issues Macro in Confluence to show the information you want?
I realize both Smart Links and the Jira Issues Macro won't show you the sprint information on hover, but I'm curious if you have tried using this and found it isn't quite right for you or if it might be a potential solution?
Hope that helps
Mike
I tried Jira Issues Macro, it is possible, but I don't like the view it is too cumbersome to maintain and I have a lot of links just pasted in confluence so I would want that to be configurable somehow if possible.
If I create a custom macro, how would I migrate all the existing links?
Is there a way to bulk-edit all the pages and convert them to Jira Issues macro? Just wondering if I am going to pursue that way

Hey @Marijana Rukavina right, that makes sense. Good point about updating your pages to include the macro. Do you use an a plugin like Scriptrunner already that could automate this process? That's the first solution I can think of and would help if you are going down the custom macro route.
I'll keep thinking, although I'm not sure there is a better solution than the custom macro, I couldn't even spot a plugin that would help with this but maybe I just haven't seen it (yet!)
