How to add a Project Role to a Next Gen project

How can we add a new Project Role to a Next Gen project? Our use case is that we have users who can submit a ticket but due to the nature of the tickets and the diversity of the users we do not want the users to view other tickets or the board.

Hello,

You can not add a project role to a next-gen project. You should use the available project roles. If you need more project roles, then you need to move to classic projects.
