Hello!

Not so long ago we created a new project using the Agility-type template (since there is no option to use the classic template anymore.

Right now we have an issue that I can't change the permission scheme for this project. Below you can see the guide on how to do it in the classic project. And it works for projects, which we created long ago. However, in the new-type project, we do not even see such an option in the settings (all the settings are also attached in the picture).

Please, help!

Thank you very much in advance.

Arina

Hello Arina,

The Agility project template was created with the intention to provide a simple and generic project to our customers, not supporting any kind of customizations that might be confusing for some business cases.

That being said, It's not possible to customize permissions or any other features on agility projects.

When you say: since there is no option to use the classic template anymore, what is the classic template you are referring to?

There are several templates n JIRA which provide you the option to customize the permissions, issue types and several other settings. Are you not being able to use any other template?
