How to add back deactivated user to Jira software?

Hi @Dasha ,

Click on the cog wheel (top-right corner) and select User management.

You may need to click on Grant site access to enable the account and then click on the 3 configuration dots and select Add user to group and/or Show product access and select accordingly based on your instance configuration
