I have a workflow in which multiple users (at the moment 4, but could increase later) have to add in their content & approve/reject statuses.
When the 1st user creates an issue, I have been able to add the content, entered by this user in the Create Issue screen, to the View Issue screen. But as the flow goes through the other users, I haven't found a way to add their content as well to the existing user-entered content.
Some people have suggested to go to Settings > Screen schemes, but that only allows one screen each for Create, Edit & View Issue. I am dealing with multiple screens each for these.
Any help will be appreciated...thanks!
Would creating a transition screen with a multiline text custom field work for you?
As the ticket progresses through various steps, the user can be presented with the screen to put n the content. This fields can be added to the view screen as well.
